Marketing Coordinators
Responsibilities
- Undertake the necessary sales & marketing works that shall be used to recognize current market trends.
- Identify new opportunities and business development.
- Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statement and core values of the company.
- Conduct product presentation and open new accounts.
- Generates and consolidates weekly sales reports.
- Develops and maintains product demonstration repository. Also maintains presentation.
- Coordinates visits with direct accounts and partners; organizes partner meetings & events.
- Assists in the collection of accounts from client organizations and prepares recommendations on action to take for overdue/aged accounts.
- Prepares weekly planner on activities to be undertaken and prepares reports on actual results, outputs and accomplishments based on plans at the end of the week; consolidates accomplishment reports into monthly performance reports.
- Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
- Male or Female, 21 to 30 years old.
- Excellent in both verbal and written communiction skills.
- Young, dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- With pleasing personality, excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills.
- Willing to do data-gathering works.
- Has knowledge in MS Office application, Adobe Photoshop or Corel.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
- Can work under minimal supervision.
- Open to residents of Central Visayas (Cebu City).
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Experienced
- At least 1 year(s) experience in Sales & Marketing is required for this position.
Marketing Assistant
Tasks
- Manage aspects of company's promotion through sales and marketing.
- Coordinate design and production of appropriate marketing materials, in conjunction with the Marketing Department.
- Assist in the compilation of data and special reports ona monthly basis. Update the manager on report progress.
- Assist in planning and organizing special business events such as meetings, conference, trade shows amd exhibits.
- Give sales and marketing support to sales force.
- Recording and Maintaining of our files.
- Answers any inquiries and concerns.
- Develop new accounts.
- Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
Requirements / Skills
- Male or Female, 21 to 30 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) experience in Sales & Marketing is required for this position.
